The Sabbath Memories Family Journal is a guided, year-long keepsake designed to help your family slow down, savor your weekly rhythms of rest, and capture the sacred moments that often slip by unnoticed.
Whether you’re brand new to Sabbath or longing to deepen your practice, this journal gently guides your home into a rhythm of peace, connection, and delight. Each of the 52 weekly spreads includes space for photos, simple reflection prompts, gratitude, and a closing blessing — creating a beautiful archive of what God is doing in your family week by week.
Inside, you’ll find a warm, accessible introduction to Sabbath: what it is, why it matters, and how slowing down restores the human soul and strengthens the family bond. You’ll also receive a simple welcome letter, helping you begin this practice even if you’ve never done Sabbath before.
By the end of the year, your family will hold a tangible story — a collection of meals shared, sunsets watched, prayers whispered, giggles, quiet moments, and the Presence that met you in all of it.

The concept is right on and so true. I bought this for a granddaughter and her husband and haven’t had an opportunity to give it to them yet. Praying God will give me the words and that I can explain the ideas to them in a godly way, not upsetting them. They are believers and truly desire to train their 3 little boys in the ways of the Lord. So……. Trusting God will open their hearts to this.
